One-on-one Interview
Conducting in-depth interviews is one of the most common qualitative research methods. It is a personal interview that is carried out with one respondent at a time. This is purely a conversational method and invites opportunities to get details in depth from the respondent.
One of the advantages of this method provides a great opportunity to gather precise data about what people believe and what their motivations are. We have well-experienced researchers who ask the right questions which help in collecting meaningful data.
Focus Group
The main aim of the focus group is to find answers to the why what and how questions from certain number of population which has a similar demographics like age, lifestyle, income, or other variables. A focus group usually includes a limited number of respondents (6-10) from within your target market. This method is very useful when it comes to market research of new products and testing new concepts.
Ethnographic Research
Ethnographic research is the most in-depth observational method that studies people in their naturally occurring environment. This research design aims to understand the cultures, challenges, motivations, and settings that occur. Instead of relying on interviews and discussions, one experiences the natural settings first hand.
Through ethnography, we reveal the hidden complexities of everyday life. We show our clients how products are made meaningful, and how they are incorporated into daily processes and routines.
We accompany and observe people at home, at work, in the car or at the supermarket, to gain the most authentic impression possible of the user experience.
Telephonic In-Depth Interviews
This is an in-depth interview carried out with the one person on the telephone. One of our clients wanted to reach the maximum number of respondents within a limited timeline and wanted to understand respondents’ lifestyle, Changing habits, Likes & dislikes in Depth. So, there we have introduced Telephonic in –Depth interview technique where the similar kind of interview had taken on the Telephone and covered the objective of the study, which went really well & client has appreciated it by giving more projects to carry out with the same technique.
